1. Job board:
Example: Monster, CareerBuilder & Yahoo! Hotjobs
Recruiter/HR: I can know my candidates only through resume.
Job seeker: only job description could I understand the job.

2. Job search:
Example: Indeed, SimplyHired.com
Recruiter: I can fetch my target through multiple job boards more convenient.
Job seeker: I can search and compare all jobs now.
3. Network:
Example: LinkedIn
Email base, let you know the detail information through email.
4. Real time network:
Example: Jobirn.com
Access company and job seeker through instant messenger and video.
